Speaking with integrity. Not using your words to speak against yourself or others(this includes no gossip, no veiled accusations and a commitment to not take things personally). Honesty directed by a geniune need to be open about yourself, impeccable honesty is about ourselves first and foremost.

This tribe is for people Who believe honesty is imparative but never an excuse to abuse someone. For people who want to explore and discuss honesty, integrity, ethics, and people who want to share or ask for advice from People who will be honest and straightforward but always guided by empathy and simple honesty never a desire to tell people what they "should" be doing.

I have decided to take a page out of one of our members personal philosophy and make this a no drama zone. There is no reason for drama here if we are honest and respectful and commited to communicating clearly. My concept of Impeccable Honesty is that it clears away the drama, it is not an excuse for making it. I will enforce this with removing people from the tribe if I need to in order to maintain the atmosphere I believe is best for the discussions this tribe is for.

I don't expect any of us to be perfect (I am even working on not expecting me to be perfect in these things) These are the goals I have for this tribe, the kind of community I want us to strive for. It is a road not a destination(o:

When I accept you into the tribe please know that it is not that I did not want to add a personal note to my acceptance but that there is a bug in the system that is making acceptances with messages not work and the memeber while accepted is not in the tribe.
